PatokaSince 2005 several educational projects were carried out. The main objective is education of local communities about preservation, documentation and sustainable development of natural and cultural resources.

In the year 2005 several workshops, lectures and hands-on workshops were held in partners from Poland, Germany and USA. The main theme was regeneration of the historic garden-cities. In 2006 the project “Tell Me Your Story - documetnation of oral history” involved eight local schools, 70 pupils and 20 teachers. The studens documented oral history in their towns. They carried out and documented 30 interviews with the elderly people from their neighborhood (See Tell me your Story’s Archive). In scope of the Open Gardens Program 2007 conference „Home, Garden, City - the Lifestyle for the XXI century” and several workshops for local authorities, ngos’ activists, teachers, local youth and students were held. Additionally project„Documentation of the Enadangered Architectural Detail” was launched.

In 2008, among other educational projects, a conference “Life in a Monument” wasorganized in June in garden-city Milanowek. In September in garden-city Podkowa Lesna a conservation workshop“Endangered detail” took place.

Also in year 2009 several educational activities around subject of garden - city, ecology and preservation will be organized.
